Maybe some of you will remember my very talented friend and singer Bridgette. What you may not know about her is she is passionate about all things that help us be healthy too. In addition to singing, she teaches classes at the Wellness Center, in homes and soon at the Town & Country location of Whole Foods Market . Bridgette came to cook in my kitchen this week. I relished the idea of trying my hand at video and working with my dear friend again, but I must admit that I have never made Kale before. Even if I would have attempted it, I would have assumed that it would be flavorless and require much salt and a nice helping of parm to make this good for you leaf palatable. So while I watched and recorded the care she takes and the love she has for the food she is creating I was happy to test the sample between takes. Not only was I pleasantly surprised with how great it tastes, but it was so easy I made for lunch today. After all I knew exactly how to do and it from the video.
